Welcome to Fanside, operated by Aline de Beukelaar, registered in Belgium ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fanside mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Fanside allows users to follow live football scores, view match statistics, join match-specific chatrooms, participate in polls, find nearby bars showing games, and purchase merchandise through affiliate links.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, keep your login credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to post abusive or illegal content, use the App for commercial purposes without permission, or attempt to hack or modify the App. We may remove content or block users who violate these rules.
All scores, match data, and statistics are provided by third-party sources. Fanside does not guarantee that information will always be up to date or error-free.
Fanside may use your device’s location to show nearby bars or venues. This is optional and can be disabled. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in location data or third-party listings.
Fanside may include affiliate links to partner websites or stores. If you make a purchase through these links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Fanside is not responsible for third-party content or transactions.
All trademarks, logos, and names related to football teams or leagues belong to their respective owners. All Fanside branding, design, and content are owned by Aline de Beukelaar.
Fanside and its operators are not liable for losses or damages arising from use or inability to use the App, inaccurate data, downtime, user interactions, or third-party purchases. The App is provided “as is” without warranties.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
